Evaluation plan:

Data about career aspirations will be collected from 4-H alumni and senior age 4-H members via the following methods:

• Year 2 (and all years) - Targeted questions will be asked at interviews and resumes time with senior members asking about their experiences in 4-H and how they see their career aspirations impacted by these experiences  - Gregory

• Year 5 & 6 - A survey for recent 4-H alumni (data base will be established years 1-4) asking them to reflect on their 4-H project experience and how 4-H impacted their life choices. Former camp staff will also be asked to complete a slightly modified survey. King (database collection) - Gregory

• Year 2, 3, & 5 - Focus Groups will be held to collect qualitative data with 4-H Camps staff to document their reflection.

• Year 4 - Youth involved in activities at the University as part of the 4-H experience will reflect on their interest to attend some form of advanced education. Admission office, Gregory
